Self-service tracking in the storefront is still being improved, but your shipment can be tracked through the shipping confirmation email we send after dispatch.

How tracking currently works

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking link.

If you cannot find the message, check spam or promotions folders first, then contact support if you still need help.

What to send if you need help

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The delivery country and postal code
  • A screenshot of the latest tracking status, if available

Where is my tracking link?

After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders first.

What if tracking hasn't updated yet?

It can take a short while for the first carrier scan to appear after a label is created. That is normal in the early stage of transit.

When should I contact support?

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us with your order number and the delivery country. We'll review it with the carrier.
