How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. If you can't find it, use the tracking page first, or send us a message below and include your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet, we may still be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tell us exactly what needs to change.

What should I include in my message?

The fastest way to get help is to include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short summary of the issue. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos too.
